Every year, the Starnet Dream Team Celebration shines a spotlight on the bestselling relationships in the industry, the Starnet Members and Preferred Vendor Partners who prove that the right partnership can outperform any single player. These are the teams that don’t just win the job…they raise the bar for what winning together looks like.
These strategic selling teams highlight the power of partnering for success with strong candidates demonstrating excellence in:
- Partnering together to capture, complete, and excel as one team.
- Utilizing relationships and a variety of resources to boost project outcomes.
- Creating an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.
- Outlining a structured process of communication, strategy, and execution.
The judges would like to note, they are looking for direct, specific answers about what you actually accomplished. They want to understand the decisions you made, the actions you took, and the results you produced together. Be careful with the long winded response and tell us exactly how you did it.
Each year we celebrate three (3) best-in-class strategic selling teams. This year’s winners are invited to be special guests of Starnet during the 2027 Starnet Annual Meeting at the Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort and Spa.

One member rep and one vendor rep from each winning team will receive.

Nomination Process:
- Dream Team shall include (1) sales representative from a Starnet Member Firm and (1) sales representative from a Starnet Preferred Vendor Partner
- Teams may be self-nominated or nominated by their peers
- Dream Team to collaborate on completing the nomination form
- All entries must be submitted using the below online nomination form
- Each entry must highlight ONE outstanding project that the pair completed together
