New York, NY, October 28, 2026 – Consolidated Flooring, a leading national commercial flooring contractor, announces the acquisition of a majority interest in Carpet Services of Tampa, Inc., dba ReSource Flooring & Maintenance. Effective October 26, 2026, the company will operate as Consolidated Flooring of Florida LLC. Consolidated Flooring of Florida LLC will be led by Mike Sandas, who currently serves as Senior Vice President of Consolidated Flooring’s Fort Lauderdale branch. His leadership will help maintain the continuity in relationships with customers, employees, and industry partners throughout the transition.
