Recognizing that the market was shifting, Shiva Cheloei Sr. made the strategic decision to diversify the company’s offerings to remain competitive. This vision led to the launch of a commercial division that rapidly transitioned into a high-demand operation serving general contractors, developers, and end users across the greater Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. Over the last decade, Cheloei’s sons Ali and Amir took over this commercial division and continue to show great success in the industry.
