2023 Top 10 Commercial Flooring Distributors 

Annually Starnet conducts a mandatory Starnet Preferred Vendor Survey which reveals Starnet member satisfaction levels with our network of vendor partners. Consistently the survey results show high levels of satisfaction among Starnet members, particularly in their dealings with vendor partners who trust distribution channels for supply chain management. Our members value the seamless movement of products from manufacturing plants to local regions, and they appreciate the comprehensive support provided by distributors, encompassing sales and marketing resources, logistics, training, and other services aimed at enhancing sales and productivity. 

Recognizing the pivotal role that distribution plays in our members’ success, Starnet undertook a survey to delve deeper into the dynamics of the distribution channel. The survey encompassed an assessment of the overall value of the distribution channel, the key qualities distributors should emphasize to win business, and identification of the top-performing distributors. 

A total of 134 Starnet members participated in the survey, sharing their experiences with 74 distributors across the United States and Canada. Distributors were rated on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 indicating excellence. The aggregate results across all distributor channel partners revealed an average rating of 3.73, reflecting a “good satisfaction” level.
