Three generations of the Ulfig family gather to celebrate the grand re-opening of their West Coast Operations in Las Vegas, Nevada.
MasterCraft Floors, a Michigan based, full-service commercial flooring contractor, has expanded its West Coast operations. Rapid growth facilitated the new larger facility, located at 5230 S. Valley View, Suite A, in Las Vegas.
“Our growth has been extraordinary and more space is critical to support the needs of our clients,” said Garrett Ulfig, Director of West Coast Operations. “The new and expanded space will provide clients a larger selection of flooring options, showcase the capabilities of our highly trained installation team and will expedite project delivery”.
On Friday October 13th, 2017, MasterCraft Floors hosted an open house to celebrate the new facility with clients, suppliers, and industry partners who fueled the company’s dramatic growth.
That evening MasterCraft provided tickets for 80 customers and suppliers to attend the Las Vegas Knights vs. Detroit Red Wings hockey game at the new award winning T-Mobile arena!

During the open house, a special ceremony was held honoring MasterCraft for winning a Gold Award in commercial flooring’s most respected and influential design competition – The Starnet Design Awards!
Rob Starr, Starnet Director of Marketing, joined Dan Ulfig, MasterCraft Floors President and Garrett Ulfig in presenting the Hospitality and Public Space Gold Award to the project team for work completed on MGM T-Mobile Arena’s world acclaimed sports and entertainment venue.
“The project was a huge undertaking, completed in a whirlwind of concrete slurry and carpet fiber in an expansive multi-use space” said Dan Ulfig. “T-Mobile’s project success was truly a collaborative effort between our skilled craftsmen, management team, and project partners. We thank all involved and are incredibly honored to win the prestigious Starnet Design Award.”
