We had a customer that forgot to order material (or we forgot) for a project in Altoona, PA. Tile was supposed to be installed yesterday (by the end user). After the customer informed us that the VCT never was received, I immediately called Degol’s for help. Anyways I will keep it short, customer is picking VCT up today and not paying anymore than they usually do.
